Our Skills
Mechanical Systems Design
Our decades of experience in the analysis and design of mechanical systems led us to face different engineering challenges, from the design of mechanichal components and auxiliary elements to the design of complete systems. The systematic approach to engineering is the basis of our methodology. Application examples are in the steel, paper, automotive, biomedical and railway industries.
Systems and Machines Optimization
We developed existing projects in order to improve the performance of the products. The search for improvement from a technical point of view is the main topic addressed but it is not the only one. Among our projects we can additionally list product development such as extension of the application to complementary markets, product optimizations at platform level, quality and production cost improvement projects.
Hydraulic Systems Design
We have been dealing with these systems for years both in the field of lubrication and in the implementation of auxiliaries in the automotive sector. We developed projects dedicated to the main car manufacturers both directly and indirectly through suppliers of the same manufacturers. We collaborated on hydraulic layout setup projects for various applications, from internal combustion commercial vehicles to super sports cars with electric axles.
FEA & FEM
Mechatronic Systems Design
The integration of mechanical and electronic systems is part of our experience and design offer. Over the years we built experience in construction of electric drives, measurement and data acquisition systems and in the construction of embedded systems for communication and signal processing.
Simulation and Numerical Analysis
Using commercial software we developed FE and CFD simulations for the automotive, railway, iron and steel industry, paper printing. Where necessary, we developed dedicated numerical simulations focused on the product / application with programming and numerical calculation software. The software most used during our work are Matlab, Python, NX, Abaqus, Ansys, Octave and Scilab.
